Drive international and domestic polymer and resin sales across LATAM by developing customer relationships, expanding market share, meeting sales and margin targets, negotiating contracts, monitoring market trends, coordinating order execution, forecasting sales, maintaining CRM records, and ensuring cross-border trade compliance. The role requires extensive regional travel and fluency in Spanish or Portuguese alongside English.

Owns group-wide legal and compliance activities across South Korea, the USA, UAE, Singapore, Hong Kong, and future markets. Responsibilities include legal research and advice, contract drafting and negotiation, corporate governance, company incorporations, licensing, statutory compliance, AML/KYC, sanctions, dispute management, risk registers, internal controls, and coordination with external counsel. The role requires international travel, including support for new entity incorporations.
