Manages procurement specialists and coordinates cross-border operations between global sales teams, Chinese suppliers, and the South Korean office. Requires Mandarin and English fluency, TCO and LCC sourcing expertise, international trade knowledge, and international travel.

Manage international trade documentation, including invoices, bills of lading, packing lists, certificates of origin, and HS code compliance. Coordinate drop shipments, freight forwarding, container allocations, transit tracking, and carrier issue resolution. Maintain order, purchasing, billing, invoicing, shipment, and freight-cost records in Zoho Inventory and Zoho Books, while reconciling vendor and forwarder invoices for accurate accounts payable and margin analysis.

Drive international and domestic polymer and resin sales across LATAM by developing customer relationships, expanding market share, meeting sales and margin targets, negotiating contracts, monitoring market trends, coordinating order execution, forecasting sales, maintaining CRM records, and ensuring cross-border trade compliance. The role requires extensive regional travel and fluency in Spanish or Portuguese alongside English.
