Supports the resort’s recruitment and People & Culture administration, including processing applications, checking references, preparing new-hire paperwork, maintaining confidential records, answering inquiries, updating employee information, and performing clerical tasks. The role requires professional communication, computer skills, English proficiency, confidentiality, and flexibility to work varied schedules, including weekends, holidays, evenings, and on-call periods.

The Platform & Release Analyst coordinates software deployment, manages eCommerce platforms, provides technical support, and maintains documentation while ensuring quality releases and customer satisfaction.

Provide 24/7 support and administration for hotel IT systems (PMS, POS, PABX, HSIA), manage server and network infrastructure, ensure PCI compliance, administer Active Directory and VPN, coordinate vendors and projects, support guests and staff, and maintain Four Seasons TID standards.
