Leads the People and Culture function for a luxury hotel, advising senior leadership and overseeing talent acquisition, employee relations, engagement, retention, succession planning, learning and development, compensation, compliance, workforce strategy, and organizational effectiveness.

Leads hotel finance operations, safeguarding assets and financial resources while maximizing profitability. Provides accurate financial reporting and strategic counsel to hotel leadership and ownership, ensures compliance with corporate, local, and contractual policies, and develops Finance team members. Requires flexibility for occasional evenings, weekends, holidays, and some travel.

Leads full-cycle talent acquisition for a luxury resort, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer support, onboarding, employer branding, campus partnerships, and recruitment marketing. The role develops staffing plans, manages recruiting vendors and systems, tracks talent acquisition KPIs, coaches recruiters and hiring managers, supports leadership hiring, and improves candidate experience. Requires bilingual Spanish and English communication, Workday and ATS proficiency, stakeholder management, and at least five years of talent acquisition experience.
