Teams at Four Hands

Leads software quality engineering by defining quality strategies, designing scalable automated test frameworks, and balancing automation with exploratory and manual testing. Develops functional, API, integration, regression, and end-to-end tests; integrates testing into CI/CD pipelines; validates enterprise workflows and distributed systems; analyzes defects; establishes quality metrics; and mentors quality engineers while partnering with Product, Engineering, Architecture, and DevOps teams.

Supports furniture quality inspections, export packaging testing, sustainable materials research, and continuous improvement initiatives. Creates 3D drawings, models, and renderings using scanning technology, translates data into interactive 3D formats, and collaborates across teams. The internship is a 12-week, on-site position in Austin, Texas, during Spring 2027.

Supports product development for key retail accounts by managing swatch and warehouse sample logistics, maintaining tracking records, organizing inventory, coordinating shipments with international teams, preparing samples for design reviews, and creating product presentation materials. This is a hands-on, on-site internship focused on product lifecycle support, supply chain communication, and customer presentation development.
