Coordinates product data requests, maintains product specification sheets, verifies product construction and material details, audits PLM, ERP, and QuickBase records, and tracks corrections and request status. The role requires advanced Excel skills, database knowledge, strong organization, careful quality control, and familiarity with furniture product construction in a manufacturing environment.

Coordinates warehouse receiving by entering inbound shipment data into Korber WMS, organizing manifests and labels, executing receiving plans, verifying shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy, and resolving discrepancies through the ICAR process. Supports product handling, stocking procedures, warehouse KPIs, carrier communication, facility security, and other operational tasks. The role requires computer proficiency, attention to detail, physical warehouse work, steel-toed footwear, and overtime availability.

Own FP&A for assigned departments, including budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, reporting, and performance tracking. Lead pricing, rebate, commission, and customer incentive analytics, using profitability and scenario analysis to guide strategy. Build dashboards and reporting in Power BI and D365, identify risks and margin opportunities, support contract negotiations, and present actionable recommendations to leadership. Partner with Sales, Marketing, Accounting, Legal, and other teams while improving financial processes, controls, and automation.
