Support servers and bartenders in a fast-paced bar environment by running food, bussing and resetting tables, cleaning, and communicating with customers under FOH manager direction.

Manage daily front-of-house operations to ensure exceptional guest service, drive sales, hire/train and develop staff, enforce safety/regulatory standards, and support the General Manager in operational improvements and team performance.
