Create work orders, arrange vehicle service bookings, provide quotes, obtain customer authorization, finalize sales, and follow up with customers. Recommend tire, wheel, and mechanical services; accurately process billing and computer records; update promotional materials; support inventory counts; and complete required safety training. The role requires strong customer service, automotive or tire knowledge, teamwork, and a valid driver's license.

Handles front-counter automotive sales and service coordination, including creating work orders, booking appointments, communicating with technicians, preparing quotes, obtaining customer authorization, finalizing sales, and following up with customers. Recommends tire, wheel, and mechanical services, processes billing and computer-system information, updates showroom promotions, supports inventory management, and follows safety procedures.

Supports the Safety Excellence program across western Canadian locations by conducting audits, coordinating regulatory and certification reporting, managing incident and WCB processes, delivering training, maintaining safety resources and data, promoting PPE use, and supporting contractor prequalification. The role partners with Operations, Sales, and Learning & Development, coaches managers, leads safety recognition programs, and travels approximately 40% to stores, plants, and distribution centers.
