Performs warehouse and inventory duties at an automotive repair shop, including order picking, trailer receiving, product sorting, stacking, stocking, loading and unloading trucks, inventory counts, and documentation. The role requires meeting KPI and delivery targets, maintaining product and location knowledge, supporting warehouse efficiency, lifting up to 25 kilograms, and working independently or on a team. Create work orders, schedule vehicle services, provide quotes, obtain customer authorization, finalize sales, recommend tire and mechanical services, process billing, follow up with customers, update showroom promotions, support inventory management, and complete safety training. The role requires strong customer service, automotive or tire knowledge, a valid driver’s license, and a satisfactory driving abstract.

Grow the commercial tire business by developing sales strategies, building customer relationships, following up on accounts, recommending products, coordinating deliveries, and supporting pricing and billing. The representative will participate in trade shows, fleet surveys, industry events, customer training, forecasting, inventory processes, and safety initiatives. Automotive or tire industry experience, product knowledge, customer service skills, and a valid driver’s license are preferred or required as specified.
