Installs, balances, rotates, and repairs passenger and light-truck tires and wheels; services TPMS and specialty tires; maintains tire equipment; supports inventory documentation and counts; and follows safety procedures. The role requires customer focus, attention to detail, basic computer skills, the ability to lift 25 kilograms, a valid driver's license, and a satisfactory driver abstract. Previous experience is preferred but motivated individuals can be trained.

Create work orders, arrange vehicle service bookings, provide quotes, obtain customer authorization, finalize sales, and follow up with customers. Recommend tire, wheel, and mechanical services; accurately process billing and computer records; update promotional materials; support inventory counts; and complete required safety training. The role requires strong customer service, automotive or tire knowledge, teamwork, and a valid driver's license.
