Six-month entrepreneurial exchange in Berlin supporting Founderland’s programming, operations, grants, partnerships, product development, and programme execution. The entrepreneur will manage priority projects, apply structured project management, contribute to product and partnership design, and develop their own startup in parallel. The role requires independent work, English fluency, familiarity with digital collaboration tools, and in-person or hybrid availability in Berlin.

Own PAM’s product direction, technical roadmap, prioritization, and end-to-end execution. Scale and stabilize its AI-powered pitch feedback platform, improve feedback and scoring systems, manage infrastructure and AI costs, establish product operations, and prepare the beta product for commercialization. The role requires hands-on technical judgment across frontend, backend, AI workflows, cloud infrastructure, reliability, and monetization readiness.
