Manage and support early childhood program operations: train and onboard teachers, ensure curriculum and lesson plans are implemented, conduct observations and professional development, maintain regulatory compliance, coordinate parent conferences and summer camp, and ensure classroom materials and staffing needs are met.

Assist in daily center operations and state licensing compliance; perform administrative duties, give family tours, maintain records, mentor and support teachers in curriculum implementation, build relationships with families and community, and provide classroom coverage as needed.

Provide safe, nurturing, STEAM-focused classroom experiences for infants through school-age children. Create engaging lessons using the Creative Curriculum, support social-emotional development, communicate with families via company app, and maintain health and safety standards.
