Manage multiple client foundations' grant portfolios with emphasis on environmental grantmaking. Lead due diligence, site visits, grantee relationships, funding recommendations, board presentations, strategy development, external representation, and special projects. Travel regionally ~10-15% and support hybrid in-office requirements.

Process and reconcile high-volume client disbursements including checks, wires, and ACH; manage EFTPS enrollments and tax payments; submit Positive Pay files and resolve check exceptions; deposit and record client checks; produce daily end-of-day payment reports; research and resolve disbursement discrepancies and respond to client inquiries professionally.

Process and manage foundation and client-facing grants with high attention to accuracy and compliance. Enter, format, edit, and publish grant letters; coordinate mailings and special handling; support cross-departmental process improvements and occasional client correspondence. Perform ad hoc operational projects and provide general client operations support.

Provide administrative support across the full grant lifecycle for multiple client foundations: prepare grant documents and payments, maintain accurate database and digital files, coordinate client meetings and logistics, manage applicant support inbox and client websites, track tasks in project management tools, and assist operations and facilities as needed.
