Manage the full cycle of technical recruiting, including sourcing and closing candidates for senior engineering and research roles while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

The HR Generalist will be the main contact for employee inquiries, manage HR processes, oversee employee relations and compliance, and administer benefits programs.

Lead software bring-up and integration for robot hardware, develop and maintain automated and HIL test frameworks, validate firmware/middleware/control modules, execute functional/performance tests across robotic subsystems, and collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and software teams to debug and document procedures for continuous testing and deployment.
