Lead software bring-up and integration for robot hardware, develop and maintain automated and HIL test frameworks, validate firmware/middleware/control modules, execute functional/performance tests across robotic subsystems, and collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and software teams to debug and document procedures for continuous testing and deployment.

Develop and run comprehensive test plans and automated test frameworks for humanoid robots and subsystems. Perform functional, regression, stress, HIL and field testing; troubleshoot and document defects; collaborate with mechanical, electrical, software, and AI teams; ensure safety standard compliance; and maintain test infrastructure, benches, simulations, and records to improve product reliability.

Lead technical evaluations for custom inference chips in robotics, analyze bottlenecks, define architecture, and guide RTL prototyping while delivering reports with strategic recommendations.
