Performs molecular diagnostic testing of patient specimens, including nucleic acid extraction, NGS library preparation, hybridization capture, sequencing, and operation of automated laboratory instruments. Maintains equipment, records results in LIMS, follows SOPs and GDP, supports quality investigations and CAPA activities, and adheres to laboratory safety, regulatory, and data privacy requirements.

Advises leaders, managers, and employees on complex employee relations matters, workplace investigations, performance management, organizational change, and employment risk. Manages sensitive cases through resolution, partners with Legal and HR teams, ensures compliant policy application, and develops training and resources. Analyzes case data and workforce trends to identify risks, improve manager effectiveness, and strengthen employee experience.

Oversee global Client Services operations, including workflow coordination, service-level monitoring, performance reporting, escalations, team guidance, and continuous improvement. Partner with leadership to address performance gaps, implement process and technology enhancements, resolve issues, and maintain service quality. The role supports departmental execution and strategic initiatives while coordinating resources and fostering an accountable, collaborative team environment.
