Manages key biotech and healthcare accounts as the primary customer contact before, during, and after testing. Provides product and service support, documents and resolves concerns, monitors ordering patterns, coordinates testing information, and collaborates cross-functionally to improve service delivery. The role develops tailored solutions, manages client relationships, coordinates internal projects, supports issue resolution, and travels within the assigned territory up to 30% of the time.

Leads and scales the design operations capability for digital products, reports, portals, and related experiences. Owns design governance, tooling, workflows, standards, intake, resource planning, quality, and design-to-development handoff. Coordinates internal and external designers while providing hands-on design support. Partners with product and engineering teams, improves Figma and InDesign workflows, manages reusable assets and templates, facilitates design reviews, and forecasts design capacity and specialized resource needs.

Leads engineering enablement across DevOps platforms, cloud infrastructure, SDLC tooling, architecture governance, DevSecOps, software quality, compliance, and developer productivity. Establishes engineering standards, secure delivery practices, reusable platform capabilities, and automation while managing technical teams, roadmaps, vendors, and organizational adoption. Partners with security, quality, regulatory, infrastructure, product, and engineering leadership to improve software delivery speed, reliability, compliance, and developer experience.
