Perform manual and automated QA for healthcare web applications and APIs, including regression testing, UAT with external healthcare clients, documentation, and end-to-end validation. Build Playwright automation, clinical test-data generators, AI/LLM evaluation harnesses, MCP servers, and internal agents. Determine when to automate versus test manually while ensuring pharmacy workflows, clinical data, and patient-impacting functionality are safe and reliable.

Own 0-to-1 AI product development for specialty pharmacy. Identify ambiguous customer problems, conduct discovery with pharmacists, patients, and customers, define solutions, and work closely with Engineering and Design to ship quickly. Build data-backed product cases, communicate clearly, operate independently, and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment. Healthcare experience is not required, but curiosity about regulated healthcare and strong interest in AI are important.

Own architecture and hands-on implementation across multiple product areas for a production AI pharmacy platform. Build scalable systems, agentic voice and SMS AI with safety guardrails, deep Epic and EHR integrations, prior authorization automation, and 340B compliance workflows. Lead model selection, context management, cost and latency optimization, and evaluation methodology while independently solving high-leverage technical problems and partnering directly with executive engineering leadership.
