Own architecture and hands-on implementation across multiple product areas for a production AI pharmacy platform. Build scalable systems, agentic voice and SMS AI with safety guardrails, deep Epic and EHR integrations, prior authorization automation, and 340B compliance workflows. Lead model selection, context management, cost and latency optimization, and evaluation methodology while independently solving high-leverage technical problems and partnering directly with executive engineering leadership.

Own software features end to end, including product interpretation, data modeling, API design, architecture, rollout, production monitoring, and customer delivery. Build LLM-powered features for regulated healthcare environments with evaluations, guardrails, and failure-mode analysis. Integrate with Epic workflows, prior authorization logic, and pharmacy operations. Work autonomously with loose requirements, strong product judgment, and rapid delivery expectations.

Build and ship production software features and fixes independently with strong test coverage. Use AI development tools thoughtfully, learn pharmacy workflows and customer needs, identify bugs and UX issues, and improve rapidly through code reviews and pairing. The role works with a Node.js, TypeScript, and GCP stack in a remote-first environment supporting AI-powered healthcare and pharmacy operations.
