Owns architecture and hands-on development across a production AI platform for pharmacy and healthcare. Builds scalable systems, safe voice and SMS agents, EHR integrations with Epic, prior authorization automation, and reliable AI evaluation and guardrails. Leads complex cross-team projects, mentors engineers, improves engineering practices, and advances agentic development. Requires recent Staff+ level system-building experience, production LLM expertise, strong architectural judgment, and experience operating in high-compliance or high-consequence environments.

Build and lead the UK QA function, including strategy, processes, tooling, standards, and team growth. Develop testing approaches for AI-led products, agentic workflows, and non-deterministic LLM features. Write Playwright and TypeScript automation while performing manual testing, regression testing, and UAT. Partner with Engineering and Product to embed quality throughout development and establish effective release and defect-management processes.

Build and shape QA practices in the UK, write automated Playwright tests, test APIs with Postman, evaluate AI-powered features and LLM outputs, perform manual testing, regression, and UAT, and collaborate with engineers to ensure production quality.
