Teams at Foundation Fighting Blindness

Manage a portfolio of 500+ prospects giving $1,000–$9,999, cultivate and steward donors via 200+ monthly virtual contacts, implement individualized solicitation strategies, track moves in the CRM, collaborate with research/marketing/chapters, and drive donor retention and pipeline advancement toward major gifts.

Lead fundraising and volunteer engagement across Raleigh, Charlotte, and South Carolina to achieve ~$500K annual revenue. Build donor and community relationships, support volunteer committees, execute events, use CRM to track engagement, partner with regional teams, and communicate the Foundation's scientific work to local audiences. Regular regional travel and occasional evenings/weekends required.
