Teams at Foundation Fighting Blindness

Provides administrative, coordination, reporting, and operational support to five Development Vice Presidents. Manages calendars, meetings, presentations, dashboards, CRM data, fundraising and volunteer engagement tracking, expenses, invoices, contracts, and follow-up activities. Supports Trustees, Strategic Council members, Executive Assistants, and the foundation phone line while improving administrative workflows and maintaining confidentiality.

Leads fundraising across Atlanta, Tampa Bay, and Jacksonville, managing approximately $460,000 in annual revenue responsibility. Develops fundraising strategies, builds donor and sponsor relationships, recruits and supports volunteers, coordinates events, represents the Foundation publicly, uses CRM data to guide outreach, and communicates scientific information accessibly. The role is remote with regular regional travel and occasional evening or weekend events.
