Leads the development and engagement of approximately 50 employees while managing workforce planning, staffing, performance reviews, career development, succession planning, compensation programs, onboarding, and team culture. Partners with project managers, technical leads, recruiting, and HR in a matrixed consulting environment. Supports resource allocation, conflict resolution, hiring, and member experience while traveling 25–50% to other locations.

Supports project accounting, financial reporting, project setup, budgeting, invoicing, accounts receivable, supplier invoices, purchase orders, expense reports, and payment processing. Partners with project managers and business unit accountants to ensure accurate billing, compliance, and timely collections. Assists with cost estimates, contract requirements, financial reports, and administrative project support.

Supports process and utility engineering projects for industrial clients. Responsibilities include field data gathering, preparing P&IDs and other design documents, assisting with CADD drawings, interpreting specifications, performing process calculations such as pump and valve sizing, and developing equipment lists. The intern works under experienced engineers during a Summer 2027 internship.
