Lead Hydrogeologist responsible for managing hydrogeological investigations, coordinating project execution, and providing technical leadership while mentoring team members. Role includes budgeting, scheduling, and regulatory compliance for complex projects.

The Hydrogeologist/Hydrologist will support hydrology projects, conduct field investigations, develop groundwater models, perform data analysis, and prepare technical reports.

Lead technical design and analysis for coastal and marine projects (beach nourishment, inlets, coastal structures). Perform engineering calculations, structural analyses, and develop construction documents. Serve as technical lead, mentor junior staff, support project management for budgets/schedules, and engage in client relations and business development.
