Teams at FOSSA

Hunt, close, and expand strategic enterprise accounts by managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles across Development, Legal, and Security. Generate new pipeline through outbounding, drive upsells within the install base, maintain accurate forecasts, and collaborate with marketing to qualify inbound leads while evangelizing FOSSA’s product value.

Provide technical customer support for FOSSA's SaaS platform: manage new ticket queue and backlog, communicate updates to customers, collaborate with product and engineering, improve AI ticket-deflection and documentation, write/maintain scripts, and occasionally represent the company at events.

Lead design, implementation, and ownership of core SaaS product features end-to-end. Influence technical architecture and roadmap, mentor peers, participate in on-call rotation, and work across stack using Rust, Go, TypeScript, and Haskell. Collaborate cross-functionally and ensure performance, observability, and production readiness.
