Serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise and government customers, driving product adoption, value realization, and retention. Lead onboarding, training, account planning, and health monitoring while advocating customer needs to product and engineering. Collaborate cross-functionally to identify expansion opportunities and deliver strategic guidance.

Maintain and administer Salesforce and connected sales tools to support quote-to-cash, pipeline, forecasting, and reporting. Build declarative solutions, manage users and data hygiene, troubleshoot integrations, coordinate vendors, and support larger RevOps projects with requirements, testing, and rollouts while partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, CS, and Marketing.

The role involves supporting enterprise sales by serving as a technical resource, managing technology evaluations, and ensuring customer satisfaction in large enterprise accounts.
