Teams at Forward Networks

Prepare daily accounting transactions, balance sheet reconciliations, income statement analyses, financial reports, audit materials, and transactional accounting processes including Procure-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash. Develop accounting policies and procedures, support ad hoc projects, and apply GAAP and ASC 606 revenue recognition. The role requires strong attention to detail, critical thinking, adaptability, and proficiency with accounting and productivity software in a fast-growing startup environment.

Provide post-sales technical leadership, guide enterprise customers through platform adoption, resolve technical issues, and advise on networking technologies. Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing while serving as a subject matter expert. The role requires customer-facing networking experience, strong communication and troubleshooting skills, and knowledge of multiple network vendors. Remote work is available with 10–20% travel for customer and internal meetings.

Own revenue operations across Sales and Customer Success, connecting acquisition through renewal and expansion. Responsibilities include GTM planning, territory and quota support, forecasting, CRM and customer-success platform administration, cross-functional handoffs, workflow automation, dashboards, business reporting, metric definition, and leadership analysis. The role initially emphasizes customer adoption and retention in an enterprise B2B SaaS environment.
