Work directly with the founders to build AI-powered sales automations, conduct lead research and outreach, support meetings, develop sales analytics, and contribute to market research, partnerships, investor outreach, strategy, communications, content, presentations, and events.

Serve as the strategic and operational partner to the founders, owning finance, investor reporting, recruiting, people programs, strategy cycles, governance, infrastructure, vendors, and process automation. Manage a team of 2–3 people while building scalable systems, supporting fundraising and board reporting, maintaining financial forecasts, and ensuring accounting and regulatory compliance across the growing Berlin-based SaaS company.

The VP Operations will build and lead the company’s operational backbone across finance, people, strategy, and daily operations. Responsibilities include financial planning and reporting, accounting oversight, recruiting, performance management, culture development, OKR and strategy processes, office and vendor management, IT tooling, process improvement, and team leadership. The role partners closely with founders on strategic decisions, profitability, fundraising readiness, and scalable company systems.
