Lead frontline warehouse and logistics operations across multimodal workflows, ensuring safety, quality, productivity, and on-time service. Supervise teams, allocate resources, enforce SOPs, support audits, drive continuous improvement (Lean/Six Sigma/5S/Kaizen), resolve operational issues, and coordinate with cross-functional partners to meet customer and performance targets.

Serve as a strategic HR consultant to business leaders, aligning HR strategies with operational goals. Lead employee relations investigations, advise on organizational design, workforce planning, performance management, and development. Coordinate HR delivery with COEs, use HRIS and workforce data to drive decisions, coach managers, deliver training, and, where applicable, lead field HR teams. Onsite in Union City with ~30% travel.

Manage social media strategy, create platform-specific content, maintain editorial calendar, analyze performance, and handle community engagement. Plan and execute domestic trade shows, conferences, and vendor events including logistics, vendor coordination, promotional materials, and on-site execution. Support virtual/hybrid events, coordinate pre/post-event campaigns, measure ROI, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
