Provide front-line administrative and customer service support for shipment processing, tracking, scheduling, documentation, and billing. Act as central contact for customers, carriers, drivers, and internal teams; perform data entry, prepare shipping documents, assist with AR/AP and billing, maintain records, escalate issues, and support on-site terminal activities.

Lead regional safety efforts by ensuring FMCSA, DOT, OSHA compliance; develop and deliver safety programs and training; conduct inspections, audits, and accident investigations; analyze metrics and support terminal leadership to reduce risk and improve safety culture. Travel throughout the region and support operational needs.
