Analyzes and improves logistics, warehousing, transportation, and distribution processes through facility layout design, workflow optimization, labor modeling, capacity planning, continuous improvement, and operational analytics. Partners with operations and cross-functional teams to implement automation, technology, process standards, and scalable solutions. Supports network optimization, new facility and customer onboarding initiatives, performance dashboards, documentation, project execution, and change management.

Supervises daily contract logistics operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping, dispatch, routing, and yard activities. Leads frontline teams, assigns work, monitors productivity and resource usage, ensures safety and compliance, resolves operational issues, and supports customer commitments. The role drives continuous improvement through Lean, Six Sigma, 5S, and Kaizen while overseeing training, equipment use, inventory or freight accuracy, quality, and operational performance in a fast-paced, onsite environment.

Leads corporate accounting operations, including financial close, general ledger, treasury, insurance, equity compensation, intercompany accounting, debt accounting, reconciliations, and reporting. Oversees internal controls, audits, compliance, technical accounting guidance, policy development, process improvement, and staff mentorship while partnering with cross-functional teams to support accurate financial reporting and business decisions.
