Manage a portfolio of clients under Luxembourg GAAP, including bookkeeping, account reconciliations, financial reporting, and preparation of financial statements. Maintain accurate accounting records, draft corporate meeting documentation, liaise with stakeholders, and support clients during audits. The role also assists the broader accounting team and requires strong communication, organization, and teamwork. A degree in accounting or finance and fluency in English and French are required.

Manage end-to-end recruitment across the firm, including sourcing, interviewing, stakeholder partnership, talent pipeline development, candidate experience, recruitment reporting, employer branding, and university engagement. Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and business leaders while independently managing recruitment processes. Guide and support a Talent Acquisition Intern in daily activities.
