Responsibilities include patient onboarding, scheduling, care coordination, diagnostics, referrals, provider communication, eligibility checks, claim submissions, prior authorizations, payer follow-up, invoicing, regulatory compliance, and workflow improvement. The role also gathers feedback, translates data into product requirements, and collaborates with patients, clinicians, engineers, and executives to improve operational processes.

Embed with enterprise trucking fleets to understand operational workflows and rapidly ship production software. Build integrations across telematics, transportation management, and maintenance systems; create agent workflows using complex fleet data; and manage deployments from discovery through production across thousands of trucks. The role requires strong full-stack engineering, logistics expertise, AI-native development proficiency, customer-facing confidence, and end-to-end ownership.

Design, build, and scale backend services, APIs, agentic workflows, and data-intensive systems for an AI-powered insights platform. Contribute to full-stack development, distributed pipelines, cloud infrastructure, reliability, observability, and performance. Collaborate with product and data science teams to define requirements, make architecture decisions, and deliver complex features from concept through production. The role also involves working with LLM pipelines, statistical systems, document databases, analytical data formats, and modern AI-assisted development workflows.
