Teams at Forum Asset Management

The Associate will support corporate development and private equity investments by building complex financial models, conducting valuation and due diligence, preparing Investment Committee materials, monitoring portfolio performance, and managing relationships with stakeholders. The role also involves supporting deal origination, structuring and execution, financing analysis, and applying AI and automation to improve diligence, modeling, and reporting workflows.

Design and evolve Forum’s enterprise data platform using Microsoft Fabric and Azure services. Build scalable ETL/ELT pipelines, lakehouse architecture, integrations, APIs, and self-service analytics tools. Develop AI-powered workflows using Azure OpenAI, Document Intelligence, and Azure ML. Partner with investment, real estate, and operations teams to transform complex data into business intelligence, enable automation, and establish data governance and AI best practices.

Build and deploy full-stack applications, dashboards, and AI-powered agentic systems for Forum’s enterprise data platform. Develop scalable tools integrating Microsoft Fabric data and third-party APIs, with access controls and guardrails. Collaborate with data engineers and business stakeholders to automate workflows and deliver measurable value. Own the full software lifecycle, including design, coding, testing, deployment, debugging, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
