Lead the company’s accounting and financial reporting functions, including financial close, job costing, progress billing, WIP reporting, revenue recognition, project forecasting, audits, tax reporting, internal controls, budgeting, and cash-flow planning. Partner with project managers and leadership to identify financial risks, ensure GAAP compliance, improve accounting processes, and supervise accounting staff. This is an in-person role in Fort Myers, Florida.

Manages large-scale electrical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Responsibilities include scheduling, budgeting, financial tracking, client communication, team and subcontractor coordination, contract administration, risk management, safety and quality compliance, document control, site visits, and project turnover. The role requires ensuring projects meet deadlines, budgets, contractual obligations, regulatory standards, and client expectations.
