Lead delivery and customer relationship for large, multi-site automation programs (typically >$60M). Own end-to-end project execution, cross-functional coordination, financial and risk management, and governance. Mentor project teams, drive operational excellence, and ensure integrated delivery of MHE, robotics, controls, software, commissioning, and go-live activities.

Create, revise, and maintain user-friendly technical documentation (manuals, TSBs, installation/commissioning guides) by collaborating with engineers and SMEs, reviewing drawings/specs, conducting hands-on observation, coordinating reviews, and establishing documentation standards and templates. Support established and developing products across implementation and field operations.

Lead global project engineering strategy and execution for mechanical, electrical, and controls teams. Build and scale ~400-person engineering organization, establish standards and governance, drive technical excellence, resource planning, and cross-functional alignment to accelerate project delivery and business outcomes across global automation and material-handling programs.
