Owns the reliability, performance, security, scalability, and administration of enterprise database platforms across AWS and Azure. The role focuses on Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle support, query and index optimization, high availability, disaster recovery, backup and failover strategies, database DevOps, automation, monitoring, compliance, incident response, and architecture standards. The senior contributor collaborates with engineering, cloud operations, platform, and security teams and participates in rotational on-call support.

Leads global human resources strategy for a SaaS organization, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, organizational design, culture, employee engagement, leadership development, HR operations, and international employment compliance. Advises executive leadership, manages global HR teams, develops scalable people programs, and drives organizational transformation, performance, and continuous improvement across multiple geographies.

Designs and operates reliable internal developer platforms and cloud infrastructure across AWS and Azure. Builds Terraform modules, Kubernetes environments, CI/CD pipelines, GitOps workflows, observability, security controls, and release strategies. Improves reliability, scalability, cost efficiency, disaster recovery, and developer experience while troubleshooting production issues and automating remediation. Partners cross-functionally with engineering, SRE, security, data, architecture, and FinOps teams, mentors engineers, contributes to standards, and participates in scheduled on-call rotations.
