Lead and scale a Product Solution Engineering team that bridges Product, Engineering, and customer-facing teams. Coach solutions engineers to deliver technically viable, scalable solutions, collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Services, Support and Product, influence product strategy with real-world insights, and drive adoption and long-term customer success.

Lead and perform daily order processing and shipping/receiving tasks, train and mentor order processors, ensure accurate packing and validation of work orders, use Oracle and business systems to process shipments, communicate status to customers, and drive process improvements and operational excellence.

Design, develop, and maintain enterprise HR reports, dashboards, and data pipelines across Oracle BIP, OTBI, FDI, and FAW/ADW. Integrate HR and third-party sources, ensure governance, troubleshoot data issues, support quarterly upgrades, enable self-service analytics, and mentor team members.
