Administer APAC total rewards programs covering compensation, benefits, recognition, payroll inputs, and leave of absence processes. Maintain accurate employee data, resolve discrepancies across HRIS and downstream systems, support employees and HR teams, coordinate with vendors, ensure regulatory compliance, and improve workflows through standardization and automation.

Provides technical leadership for embedded firmware development of safety-critical gas detection products. Owns subsystem architecture, requirements traceability, drivers, middleware, real-time systems, hardware integration, debugging, performance optimization, and development processes. Leads root cause analysis, code quality improvements, testing, and technical decision-making while mentoring engineers and collaborating across electrical, mechanical, quality, manufacturing, product, and external development teams.

Supports U.S. federal and state tax operations, including corporate tax filings, tax provisions, estimated payments, extensions, audits, and indirect tax matters. The role also improves tax processes, automation, data flows, documentation, and scalability while partnering with operating companies and tax authorities.
