Perform wireless offsite reporting and occasional onsite surveys using Ekahau for RF design. Prepare Ekahau designs, floor plans, antenna layouts, link budgets, BOQs and technical documentation. Analyze RSRP/SINR/throughput, validate systems onsite, support acceptance testing, and provide RF support for bids and customer presentations while ensuring operator standards and staying current on LTE/5G and DAS technologies.

Provide onsite end-user IT support: troubleshoot desktop OS and hardware, build/deploy laptops, maintain AV/conference equipment, manage tickets per SLAs, assist with imaging/patching/network changes, maintain asset data, liaise with global teams and local leaders to drive optimizations and technology adoption.

Develop and maintain ASP.NET MVC applications and REST APIs, integrate with external systems (ServiceNow, Salesforce, Xero), implement JWT/oauth authentication, work on ticketing workflows, debug/optimize code, and produce technical documentation.
