Reviews, investigates, and resolves consumer and regulatory complaints for life and annuity insurance clients. The role drafts complaint responses, coordinates with business stakeholders, reviews complaint-system data, maintains records, supports process improvement and departmental projects, and identifies root causes and resolution opportunities. Success requires strong communication, research, customer service, organization, attention to detail, and knowledge of life and annuity products and systems.

Analyzes End User Services data to identify trends, risks, recurring issues, and improvement opportunities. Creates dashboards, visualizations, scorecards, and operational reports for technical and executive audiences. Monitors Microsoft and other vendor roadmaps, evaluates business and technology impacts, and recommends preparation or mitigation plans. Partners with service, infrastructure, security, and business teams on service improvements, pilots, documentation, and post-implementation reviews.

Develop and optimize robust data pipelines, ingestion and transformation jobs, and incremental datasets on modern data platforms. Design scalable, governed data solutions, automate application and data flows, apply DevOps principles, and improve pipeline performance and maintainability. The role includes operational support, documentation, troubleshooting, cross-functional collaboration with data and analytics teams, and mentoring junior professionals.
