The AVP, Market Risk and ALM and Hedging oversees risk management programs, performs quantitative modeling, ensures regulatory compliance, and collaborates across teams for effective asset-liability management and risk mitigation strategies.

Support and lead origination, evaluation, due diligence, structuring, and execution of life & annuity M&A and reinsurance deals globally. Coordinate cross-functional teams, prepare client L&A presentation materials, maintain advisor relationships, perform market research and financial modeling, and contribute to strategic planning and deal lifecycle management alongside senior leadership.

Analyze and report economic and regulatory capital, conduct stress testing and movement analysis, support BMA regulatory filings, review actuarial reserves, enhance and govern the ALM/capital model, evaluate capital for new business and transactions, and provide ad hoc capital analyses for strategic initiatives.
