Lead academic quality and effectiveness across the institution by overseeing academic operations, faculty management, curriculum development, accreditation compliance, student success and retention initiatives, and institutional assessment. Serve as liaison with accrediting agencies and support strategic academic planning.

Provide career advising to clients/students, assist with job search strategies, resume and interview preparation, coordinate employer outreach, and run career workshops and events.

Lead and operate the Education Department, supervising faculty and externship coordinators; ensure curriculum quality, regulatory compliance, student retention, accreditation support, and operational readiness of classrooms and instructional resources.

Manage and develop the Library and Resource Center, provide in-person and virtual reference, maintain print and online collections, deliver information literacy instruction, support faculty, oversee assessments and reporting, supervise staff, coordinate acquisitions and IT/vendor interactions, and ensure compliance with accreditation standards.

Provide career counseling and job placement support to students and graduates, maintain confidential client records, deliver workshops and presentations, resolve student inquiries, and coordinate employer relationships to ensure successful employment outcomes.
