Lead and execute corporate marketing programs across communications, web, campaigns, events, and proposals. Manage vendors, budgets, and at least one direct report while using analytics to drive lead generation, competitive positioning, and performance improvements.

Create and manage master project schedules (critical path, resource and cost loading), lead scheduling and pull-planning sessions, perform site walks, analyze delays and acceleration options, communicate schedule risks with stakeholders, and assist project teams to ensure timely construction delivery.

Manage preconstruction planning and estimating for exterior envelope, civil and structural projects. Lead estimators and subcontractor engagement, develop estimates and bid packages, support schedules, review deliverables, present to clients, and utilize BIM models to produce accurate preconstruction work.
