Supports commercial portfolio managers with loan underwriting, servicing, credit analysis, cash flow calculations, collateral evaluation, covenant compliance, and credit narrative preparation. Partners with bankers, relationship managers, clients, and internal departments to manage commercial credits and complete loan processes. The role requires financial statement analysis, risk identification, attention to detail, strong organization, and proficiency with banking systems and Microsoft Office.

Protects the bank’s sensitive data and systems by developing security policies, leading risk assessments, vulnerability management, incident response, audits, compliance reviews, and security awareness programs. Oversees security controls across IT, networks, cloud environments, and vendors; manages business continuity and disaster recovery; coordinates FDIC and regulatory examinations; and reports security risks and compliance status to executives and the board.

Supports commercial clients and internal lending teams throughout loan origination, renewals, servicing, and portfolio management. Responsibilities include maintaining loan and collateral records, preparing closing checklists, gathering entity and insurance documentation, ordering UCC, title, and flood searches, coordinating loan documents, reviewing drafts, and managing document records in the loan origination system. Requires commercial banking experience, strong communication, organization, data-entry skills, and familiarity with commercial real estate, C&I, and SBA lending.
