Supports the Operations team with logistics and administrative tasks, including chasing invoices, checking upcoming reservations, participating in stand-ups, assisting with special projects, and supporting clients. The role emphasizes collaboration, discretion, attention to detail, customer service, adaptability, and professional development through mentorship and workshops.

Leads cross-functional strategic initiatives from planning through execution, improving operations, scaling service delivery, and maintaining quality. Responsibilities include stakeholder alignment, KPI and OKR tracking, dashboard creation, stand-ups, risk reviews, process documentation, SOP development, bottleneck resolution, solution testing, and multi-office rollouts. The role is on-site in Greenville, South Carolina, with limited travel for key initiatives.

Provides first- and second-level IT support for hardware, software, network, account, and AV issues. Configures employee devices and accounts, manages access, licenses, assets, and offboarding, and responds to support tickets within SLAs. Supports software rollouts, patching, endpoint security, vendors, and IT projects while documenting solutions and assisting employees across international time zones.
