Manage and drive direct sales into major enterprise accounts by building executive relationships, creating strategic account plans to secure enterprise-wide Fortinet deployments, generating pipeline, responding to RFPs/RFIs, negotiating contracts, and meeting quarterly sales quotas.

Provide pre-sales technical consultancy for OT security, design and propose security solutions, run demos, POCs and tender/RFP responses, and deliver professional services and training for channels and distributors.

Provide web and telephone technical support for Fortinet products (FortiMail, FortiVoice, FortiRecorder, FortiSandbox). Troubleshoot network/security issues, collect and analyze configuration, network and packet trace data, recommend corrective actions, reproduce customer environments in lab, consult documentation, escalate and manage cases to closure, and educate customers on product and networking gaps.
