Design, integrate, test, and sustain mechanical systems for autonomous vehicle platforms. Create manufacturable designs, drawing packages, work instructions, and test procedures; troubleshoot vehicle hardware; validate designs against requirements; and analyze designs for manufacturability, assembly, and cost. Collaborate with electrical and software teams, participate in design reviews, and support products from prototypes through production.

Develop and sustain embedded firmware for autonomous vehicle hardware from prototype through production. Responsibilities include board bring-up, low-level debugging, drivers, bootloaders, embedded Linux tools, hardware interface testing, manufacturing diagnostics, validation, and field issue resolution. Collaborate with hardware, software, and systems teams while documenting architectures, test plans, safety materials, and production procedures.

Leads hardware integration for defense autonomous ground vehicle programs, owning hardware architecture, payload interfaces, system requirements, verification and validation, technical artifacts, compliance, risk management, and delivery. Coordinates mechanical, electrical, systems, and integration engineering while collaborating with government customers, vendors, and internal leaders. Supports prototypes through production, technical reviews, testing, demonstrations, and mission-capable system delivery.
