Senior Legal Counsel responsible for building and scaling the corporate legal function, managing equity programs, supporting securities offerings, financings, investments, M&A, JVs, and strategic transactions. The role oversees corporate governance, entity administration, compliance, executive compensation, board and stockholder meetings, and transaction readiness. This counsel will collaborate across Finance, HR, Marketing, and other teams while also supporting commercial, privacy, product, intellectual property, employment, and litigation matters.

Analyze data using Snowflake and Kibana to deliver tailored fraud-prevention insights for global retail clients. Advise strategic accounts on product best practices, communicate complex findings to non-technical stakeholders, monitor fraud trends, and lead analytical projects from inception through completion. Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Analytics teams to maximize client value across the EMEA region.

Lead Forter’s Eastern U.S. enterprise sales organization, owning regional revenue, new-logo acquisition, territory strategy, pipeline health, forecasting, strategic negotiations, and executive relationships. Coach and develop Enterprise Account Executives, manage complex sales cycles, apply MEDDPICC methodology, and collaborate cross-functionally with Solutions Consulting, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, Finance, Analytics, and Partnerships. Represent Forter with strategic customers and industry stakeholders while driving predictable growth and operational rigor.
