The role assists with billing oversight, reconciliation, vendor and servicer compliance tracking, operational workflows, and continuous improvement. It partners with leadership and cross-functional teams to translate complex data into actionable recommendations and executive-ready reporting while improving accuracy, efficiency, and reporting governance.

Supports budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, financial modeling, variance analysis, and scenario planning for insurance and services businesses. Responsibilities include validating data, reconciling reporting schedules, analyzing business and expense drivers, preparing dashboards and presentations, and documenting processes. The role partners with Accounting, Actuarial, Underwriting, and Operations while developing increasing analytical responsibility under FP&A leadership.

Leads FP&A planning, forecasting, budgeting, financial modeling, and performance analysis for assigned businesses. Partners with cross-functional insurance teams to assess results, profitability drivers, risks, and opportunities. Prepares executive and board reporting, supports strategic investments, improves reporting and forecasting processes, and leads cross-functional projects. Reviews analyst work and coaches early-career talent.
