Coordinates project controls and administrative activities for the Geospatial Division, including project data, billing support, contracts, reviews, certifications, travel, field crew scheduling, equipment, fleet, and inventory. Partners with Project Managers, Finance, leadership, and field teams to maintain accurate project information, track action items, support project lifecycle processes, and address operational needs.

Leads land surveying and geospatial projects from initiation through delivery. Coordinates field crews, CAD technicians, and technical staff; manages schedules, budgets, resources, quality, risks, and deliverables. Provides technical direction, reviews work, supports proposals and project planning, communicates with clients and team members, and mentors less-experienced staff.

Supports civil engineering projects through design and construction, including plan preparation, quantity and cost estimating, scopes, budgets, schedules, project documents, and infrastructure design for water, sewer, drainage, and public works. Collaborates with project teams, attends meetings, presents engineering assignments, and works under a Project Manager while maintaining project schedules and budgets.
