Lead and manage a civil drafting and design team, produce and review detailed CAD/Civil 3D designs and construction plans, perform drainage and quantity calculations, mentor and train staff, maintain company-wide drafting standards and software proficiency, and serve as primary client technical contact.

Support project team through design and construction, adapt plans to budget and client needs, prepare/review scopes, budgets, schedules and project documents, provide QA/QC for civil plans, mentor junior staff, and liaise with clients and project managers.

Support Project Managers by organizing project documentation, tracking schedules, RFIs, submittals, change orders and pay applications; coordinate with DOTD, contractors, inspectors and internal teams; prepare meeting agendas/minutes, status reports, and billing backup; attend field and construction meetings to support project delivery.

Lead planning, execution, and closeout of construction engineering and inspection (CE&I) projects in Louisiana. Serve as primary client and contractor liaison, manage scopes, schedules, budgets, documentation, and QA/safety. Supervise inspectors, coordinate internal teams, review pay applications/change orders, and support proposals and client presentations.

Manage roadway and bridge design projects from scoping through construction. Prepare proposals, coordinate subconsultants, perform hydraulic/geometric analyses, develop plans/specs/estimates, conduct QC, support bidding and construction observation, and manage scope, schedule, budget, and client communication.

Lead and run a survey crew performing boundary, topographic, and highway surveys. Provide control lines and elevations, produce topographic and cross-section surveys, calculate quantities, maintain and adjust equipment, compile field notes and sketches, set up sites, enforce safety and project rules, and coordinate crews.
