Provides front-desk and administrative support at a busy orthopedic clinic. Responsibilities include greeting patients, answering questions, registering patients, managing check-in and check-out, collecting co-pays, processing referrals and faxes, entering data into practice management software, coordinating with clinical and administrative teams, and reconciling patient payments. Occasional travel between office locations may be required.

Provides clinical and clerical support in a high-volume orthopedic physician office. Assists physicians during visits, escorts patients, documents and retrieves information in the EMR, conducts preliminary evaluations, communicates patient information and education, manages communications, schedules testing, and obtains prior authorizations.

Performs diagnostic x-rays in a high-volume outpatient orthopedic clinic. Responsibilities include positioning patients, operating radiology equipment, optimizing exposure and image quality, following radiation safety procedures, maintaining HIPAA confidentiality, reviewing images, and assisting with patient movement. The role requires ARRT-approved radiologic technology education, current ARRT and Indiana certification, and knowledge of CR, DR, and PACS. PRN technologists may work up to 29 hours weekly across central Indiana clinic locations.
