Prepares casino financial reports, accounting entries, monthly balance-sheet reconciliations, audit documentation, and regulatory reports. Ensures compliance with gaming regulations, accounting policies, GAAP, and applicable laws. Supports the Accounting Manager and Director of Finance while maintaining accurate records, handling confidential information, and collaborating with regulatory personnel and internal teams.

Manages casino revenue audit operations, including daily revenue and gaming reports, audits of gaming and hospitality outlets, variance investigations, regulatory compliance reviews, and internal and external audit coordination. Supervises and mentors team members, prepares regulatory reports, improves procedures, supports financial planning, and ensures adherence to tribal, state, and gaming regulations. Requires strong leadership, accounting or finance knowledge, Excel proficiency, and a gaming license.

Performs casino revenue audit activities, maintains audit records for month-end reporting, verifies vendor information, and assists customers with W2G and win/loss statement inquiries. The role requires accurate documentation, adherence to financial controls and regulations, strong customer service, computer and accounting-system skills, and obtaining a gaming license. Regular attendance, a background check, drug screening, and occasional movement between buildings are required.
