Maintains accurate resident and apartment data, supports follow-up activities, develops procedures, and helps achieve sales and occupancy goals while representing the organization professionally.

Support sales and marketing through CRM management, data entry, lead tracking, reporting, workflow automation, event and appointment coordination, office administration, invoice/expense processing, and process improvement to maintain database integrity and support occupancy and revenue goals.
