Leads marketing and communications department operations as the Director’s operational deputy. Manages project intake, prioritization, capacity, schedules, reporting, cross-functional work plans, staff supervision, vendor coordination, purchasing, budgets, and process improvement. Coordinates creative, content, web, media relations, social media, photography, video, and communications initiatives while reviewing production work and providing creative feedback. Requires strong project management, stakeholder coordination, Adobe Creative Cloud proficiency, and experience leading multidisciplinary marketing or creative teams.

Performs grounds and nursery maintenance, including mowing, trimming, weeding, pruning, seeding, herbicide application, irrigation repair, athletic field maintenance, and litter removal. Operates power tools and snow-removal equipment, including tractors, skid steers, trucks, and snowplows. Supports campus events, recycling, vehicle servicing, furniture movement, and emergency or inclement-weather response. Requires physical labor, customer service, teamwork, basic computer skills, and a valid driver’s license.
