Provides advanced third-level diagnostics, resolves connectivity issues, manages Cisco switches, routers, firewalls, and security systems, and develops network policies and capacity plans. Coordinates with vendors, maintains disaster recovery and security standards, and provides 24/7 on-call support for network outages and emergencies.

Manages enterprise software applications and special-purpose solutions across a multi-platform environment. Oversees software development, implementation, support, upgrades, project budgets, vendors, procurement documents, and customer service. Evaluates requirements and recommends cost-effective technical solutions while supervising, hiring, evaluating, and disciplining IT staff. Requires strong full-stack development, ASP.NET, database, system design, communication, and organizational skills.
