Designs, develops, tests, and maintains complex enterprise applications and integrations. Performs feasibility analysis, data conversions, custom reporting, vendor patching, and production support. Leads and mentors team members, coordinates testing and documentation, provides customer training and 24/7 on-call support, and researches emerging technologies.

Assesses juvenile and family needs, secures residential placements, provides crisis counseling, conducts drug testing, and maintains case documentation. Prepares court reports, testifies, liaises with prosecutors, monitors juveniles’ progress, makes aftercare referrals, and updates the court. The role requires maintaining Juvenile Probation Officer certification, training staff, traveling to placement facilities, and remaining on call 24 hours a day with irregular hours.

Supervise the IT Security Team; develop and implement security controls, services, and tools; monitor networks and investigate breaches; report security events; provide cybersecurity training; collaborate with IT leadership; be on-call 24/7 and support emergency management activities. CJIS background check required.
