Supervise IT department finance and administration: maintain general ledger and budgets, reconcile expenses, process transfers, oversee contracts and grants, manage staff handling purchasing, accounts payable, payroll, inventory, and project deployments, and produce financial reports and analyses.

Manage, maintain, and secure the library Integrated Library System (ILS); research and implement enhancements; configure DNS, phone systems, catalog and self-check integrations; create SQL reports; train staff and patrons; supervise staff and assign permissions; lead archival/ digitization projects; perform routine maintenance and participate in emergency management duties.

Coordinate and monitor community development grants and capital improvement projects, perform site and housing inspections, ensure compliance with HUD/DOL regulations, manage project setup in HUD IDIS, track a $12M budget, review invoices and reports, and provide technical assistance to social service agencies.
