Teams at Forrester

Identify and prospect buyers in named accounts, generate qualified meetings and opportunities, execute persona-based outreach across phone/email/social, log activity in CRM, partner with account teams and marketing, track account developments, and support sales-led events to expand Forrester's footprint.

Identify, validate, and qualify new sales opportunities through outbound and inbound prospecting using phone, email, social, and other channels. Manage lead cadences, log activity in CRM, collaborate with sales and marketing, and meet meeting and opportunity generation targets.

The Account Director is responsible for building client relationships with senior executives, developing sales strategies, and ensuring client retention within targeted sectors, primarily banks and financial services.
