The Principal Mechanical Design Engineer will design and develop mechanical solutions, support FOM systems, and manage projects. The role requires teamwork, problem-solving, and effective communication while leading a design team.

Support deployment, commissioning, operation and maintenance of trackside RF and communications systems for telemetry, onboard video and car data. Install and terminate fiber, coax and data cabling; fit timing loops, beacons and sensors; perform testing, diagnostics and repairs using test equipment; operate bespoke race software; rig/de-rig antennae and perform manual handling and work at heights following safety procedures.

The Head of Technical Centres Infrastructure will lead strategic initiatives in data analysis, performance engineering, and technical operations, ensuring alignment with F1's goals and improving operational efficiency.
