Authors and maintains mechanical engineering documentation, including design reports, specifications, work instructions, test procedures, and release records. Manages document control, revision traceability, approval workflows, governance packs, status reporting, and engineering trackers. Collaborates with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams to support design reviews, audits, build, inspection, and validation activities. Reviews legacy documentation and ensures technical accuracy, confidentiality, consistency, and deadline adherence.

Manages Formula 1’s gaming and eSports licensee partnerships, supporting licensing, marketing, financial reporting, IP approvals, and commercial growth. Coordinates F1 Sim Racing tournaments, events, activations, and service providers while aligning internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities include account management, project delivery, budget forecasting, royalty tracking, invoicing, presentations, partner performance monitoring, and supporting license agreements and renewals.

Supports Formula 1’s digital products through incident triage, ticket management, live-system monitoring, service-request handling, documentation, process improvement, and non-functional testing support. During race weekends, executes operational procedures, monitors user experiences across devices, coordinates issue resolution with partner teams, communicates changes, and maintains records of significant service events.
