Provides high-level administrative and business support to the Director of Racing Systems, including diary and meeting management, stakeholder communication, project tracking, document and presentation preparation, expense administration, travel coordination, budget support, confidential information handling, and minor IT issue resolution. The role requires proactive organization, discretion, flexibility, and occasional out-of-hours support during the Director’s travel.

Design, develop and document mechanical components and assemblies using CAD and PLM tools. Support, maintain and fault-find FOM mechanical systems at events, carry full design cycle from concept to commissioning, administer Windchill/PDMLink, liaise with suppliers and hand over projects to operations.

Design, develop and document mechanical components, assemblies and systems for F1 projects. Perform 3D modelling and 2D draughting, prototyping, testing, fault-finding, commissioning and PLM administration (Windchill). Support operational teams at events, liaise with suppliers, estimate project costs/timelines, and hand over completed designs with documentation.
