Lead end-to-end robotics automation deployments from scope validation through installation, commissioning, handoff, and closeout. Manage project plans, budgets, timelines, risks, quality, and issue resolution while coordinating customers, internal engineering teams, and third-party integrators. The role also supports process standardization and continuous improvement across deployment operations.

Serve as the primary pre-sales technical partner for manufacturing customers. Lead discovery, requirements gathering, production-data and CAD analysis, robotic automation solution design, scoping, cost estimation, proposal support, customer design reviews, and handoffs to deployment. Manage multiple technical workstreams, improve standard designs and procedures, identify offering gaps, and visit customer sites for discovery and validation. Expertise in palletizing or case packing and major six-axis robot platforms is preferred.

Supports robotics deployments and operational execution through cross-functional coordination, documentation, installation readiness reviews, customer materials, issue tracking, testing, validation, and process improvement. The intern will assist engineers, technicians, vendors, and customers while maintaining SOPs, playbooks, checklists, and integration notes. This onsite role provides hands-on exposure to robotic systems in live manufacturing environments.
