Leads a multidisciplinary sustaining engineering team supporting released semiconductor test products. Responsibilities include customer change management, field issue resolution, root cause analysis, corrective actions, reliability tracking, cost reduction, design-for-manufacturability initiatives, component obsolescence management, supplier qualification changes, and NPI-to-sustaining product handoffs. The role also builds feedback loops between field performance and product design while managing distributed engineering teams.

Executes global internal audits, SOX compliance testing, risk assessments, control evaluations, IT general controls reviews, and advisory projects. The role prepares audit documentation and reports, communicates findings, supports remediation, collaborates with external auditors, and partners with stakeholders across Finance, IT, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, and HR to improve internal controls and manage business risks.

Leads the design, integration, validation, and lifecycle support of precision mechanical systems for semiconductor wafer probing and test equipment. Designs positioning stages, wafer handling mechanisms, probe interfaces, and motion-controlled assemblies; performs tolerance, structural, thermal, FEA, and vibration analyses; builds and tests prototypes; troubleshoots performance issues; creates technical documentation; collaborates cross-functionally; and mentors junior engineers.
