Lead the Data Engineering practice as a senior pillar head: drive strategy, grow accounts, oversee solution architecture and delivery across Snowflake/Databricks/cloud platforms, develop offerings, mentor senior teams, and ensure governance, quality, and commercial performance for enterprise data modernization programs.

Advise clients and lead delivery of enterprise data strategy and governance programs. Design governance technology, data architecture, MDM, data quality, operating models, roadmaps, and AI readiness. Assess environments, build implementation plans, evaluate vendor solutions, support business development, manage teams, budgets, and delivery, and develop methodologies to improve data management maturity.

Design, develop, and maintain Tableau and Power BI dashboards, data models, and automated reports. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, write complex SQL and stored procedures, validate data, optimize performance, enforce governance, create documentation, and provide end-user training to support enterprise reporting initiatives.
