Provides advanced technical customer support for a SaaS data collection platform through email and chat. Diagnoses web forms, JavaScript, CSS, browser, Salesforce integration, authentication, and configuration issues; reproduces and escalates complex problems; mentors specialists; improves documentation and processes; monitors issue trends; and shares customer feedback with Product and Engineering.

The Sales Development Representative is responsible for prospecting and qualifying leads, assisting Account Executives, and attending industry events.

Drive new business in SMB and mid-market: qualify inbound leads, source outbound opportunities, run full sales cycles from discovery to close, demo the platform to stakeholders, collaborate with SDRs, CSMs and cross-functional teams, and occasionally represent the company at events.
