Build Forgepoint’s partnerships strategy from the ground up by developing relationships with ERP providers, trade associations, channel partners, industry groups, government agencies, and private equity firms. Represent the company at industry events, generate warm introductions and qualified opportunities, manage partnerships end to end, and convert relationship activity into measurable sales pipeline. This is an in-person NYC role with travel for conferences and partner meetings.

Serve as a force multiplier for the founders by converting priorities into operating plans, driving cross-functional initiatives, preparing data-informed recommendations, and establishing company operating cadences. Own strategic communications, board and investor materials, partnerships, and special projects. Solve unowned problems end-to-end, create durable systems, and support growth across product, go-to-market, finance, hiring, and operations.

Build and own go-to-market engineering systems, including outbound and enrichment pipelines, CRM integrations, data automation, reporting, and AI-powered sales and marketing tools. Partner with company leaders to identify bottlenecks, run experiments, improve conversion, and deploy reliable production systems. The role involves API integrations, scripting, LLM tooling, monitoring, documentation, and end-to-end ownership in a highly collaborative NYC office environment.
