Owns Forgen’s enterprise business application portfolio, serving as the functional expert for CMiC and related financial, project management, HR, and payroll systems. Responsibilities include configuration, access and workflow administration, requirements gathering, process design, reporting, integrations, data governance, testing, upgrades, troubleshooting, training, documentation, and user adoption. The role partners closely with construction, field operations, accounting, payroll, and compliance teams, including periodic active jobsite visits and support for NIST SP 800-171 and CMMC controls.

The HRIS Manager leads the strategy, implementation, optimization, security, and ongoing management of HR information systems. Responsibilities include system configuration, integrations, data governance, reporting, compliance, access controls, vendor coordination, technical support, process automation, training, and change management. The role partners with HR, IT, Finance, Payroll, and business leaders to improve HR processes, enable workforce insights, and support scalable organizational growth.

Provides administrative support for construction project field offices, including inventory and supply tracking, payroll and timecard data entry, receipt and expense records, mail and courier coordination, travel booking, document preparation, project submittals, visitor reception, filing, and site event coordination. Maintains organized office operations while supporting Project and Construction Managers and complying with safety and accuracy standards.
