Owns Forgen’s enterprise business application portfolio, serving as the functional expert for CMiC and related financial, project management, HR, and payroll systems. Responsibilities include configuration, access and workflow administration, requirements gathering, process design, reporting, integrations, data governance, testing, upgrades, troubleshooting, training, documentation, and user adoption. The role partners closely with construction, field operations, accounting, payroll, and compliance teams, including periodic active jobsite visits and support for NIST SP 800-171 and CMMC controls.

Owns assigned heavy civil construction projects from estimate through closeout, overseeing safety, schedules, budgets, forecasts, profitability, contract administration, change management, subcontractors, and onsite teams. Serves as the primary client contact, manages project risk and claims, ensures documentation integrity, directs staffing and production, and leads final closeout. The role requires extensive heavy civil construction and project management experience, strong leadership, contract knowledge, and proficiency with project controls software.

Leads environmental, health, and safety programs across civil, geotechnical, and environmental construction projects. Responsibilities include developing Health and Safety Plans, conducting audits, inspections, air monitoring, training, incident investigations, risk assessments, compliance activities, and safety performance reporting. The manager supervises EHS personnel, supports project teams, coordinates PPE and occupational health services, and ensures adherence to regulatory, client, and company requirements.
