Own end-to-end AI transformation engagements for enterprise customers, from scoping and SOW authoring through delivery, closure, and expansion. Manage scope, timelines, budgets, resources, executive stakeholders, and Applied AI Architects while driving Claude adoption and measurable business outcomes. Build scalable delivery methodologies, templates, and operational processes, coordinate with Anthropic account teams, and develop customer relationships. Travel to customer sites 10–20% of the time.

Embed with enterprise customers to demonstrate, design, and deploy AI-native engineering workflows and agentic applications. Lead Claude Code workshops, assess technical environments, create implementation plans, build prototypes, develop evaluation frameworks and MCP servers, and guide organizations from proof of value to production. Collaborate with engineering and business stakeholders, advise on SDLC modernization, and partner with Anthropic on customer engagements.

Embed with enterprise customers to lead AI adoption from demos and proof-of-value engagements through production deployments. Build agentic applications, MCP servers, sub-agents, evaluation frameworks, and deployment configurations. Lead Claude Code workshops, advise on AI-native software development practices, scope engagements, develop technical plans, and collaborate with customer engineering and business teams. Travel approximately 20% while partnering closely with Anthropic product and engineering teams.
