Lead and supervise engineering and maintenance activities in a feed mill, ensuring equipment availability, safety, compliance, CMMS upkeep, root-cause analysis, contractor planning, and mentor technicians to minimize downtime and support continuous improvement.

Coordinate booking of raw materials and finished goods, maintain weighbridge and SAP records, support vehicle loading, monitor inventory and stock movements, liaise across teams, ensure compliance with safety, quality (HACCP), and environmental systems (ISO 14001/50001), and provide administrative support to the planning team.

Coordinate and oversee transport operations for animal feed: manage driver paperwork, vehicle checks, defects, scheduling and rostering, update transport planning systems, track purchase orders, run daily utilisation reports, liaise with garages and third parties, support meetings and escalation, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
